Fabrics General:
- All our fabrics are premium quality and not discontinued/clearance lines. However we cannot guarantee that all the listed products on this web site are available all of the time.
- We would advise customers to request samples of fabrics prior to ordering.
- Some fabrics can shrink during washing, dry cleaning, ironing, etc. Appropriate care must be taken.
- Shades can differ between dye lots and fabric rolls.
- All our fabrics are carefully examined prior to despatch.
Returns:
- Returns cannot be be accepted without prior arrangement.
- In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods so that we can resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
- No claim will be accepted once the fabric has been cut or used in anyway.
- The buyer will be responsible for all costs relating to postage for returns unless the goods supplied were faulty. In such a case the supplier shall be responsible.
- If returning goods, please use a "signed for" delivery service. A refund will be given when we are receipt of the goods.
Delivery:
- We will do our best to process orders within 24 hours.
- Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
- In the event stock is not available, you will be notified usually within 24 hours at which point you can choose to either wait for delivery or accept a refund.
- Fabrics not in stock may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
- Please note that all prices quoted include postage and packaging charges for UK delivery only. We are unable to offer shipment outside the UK at this time.
General:
- The service provided by Bargain Fabrics.com will be to its best ability at all times but we do not warrant that our products or service will be 100% error free. We will also not be liable for any delays caused by our couriers. Furthermore we reserve the right to modify our product offering without notice. By using this service you thereby indemnify Bargain Fabrics against any loss or damage incurred in relation to a transaction.

- We reserve the right to refuse a transaction if we cannot authorise your payment, if the product has been discontinued or we find a pricing or description error.
